Laura Y. Davis
Laura represents her clients in a wide variety of employment matters, including those involving harassment, discrimination, retaliation, discipline, wage and hour compliance issues, contract disputes, non-compete and non-solicitation agreements, employment policies, wrongful termination, state and federal leave laws and negligence actions.
Laura understands her clients’ businesses and provides custom human resources training to best suit her clients’ needs. Whether faced with litigation or a need for general advice, clients trust Laura to handle even the most complex and sensitive employment-related situations.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Laura worked for over a decade with public sector employers, where she gained a solid foundation in government administration. A Washington native, Laura received her bachelors degree in Public Affairs and her masters degree in Public Administration from Seattle University. She graduated from Seattle University School of Law cum laude and served on the Seattle University Law Review.
In her spare time, she loves to bake, hike, and spend time with friends and family.
