David Tingstad—Founding Fellow Of The American College Of LLC Lawyers

Beresford Booth congratulates lawyer and partner David C. Tingstad on his appointment as a Founding Fellow of the American College of LLC and Partnership Attorneys.

The College was formed in part to honor members of the Bar who are lawyers, judges, or professors who have (i) distinguished themselves by devoting and demonstrating a willingness to organize bar projects, write articles, teach CLE or legal courses, draft legislation, practice, and focus a substantial amount of their time to matters involving limited liability company, partnership, and other unincorporated entity law, and (ii) substantial experience in limited liability company, partnership, and other unincorporated entity law for a period of not less than ten years.

The College also serves to further certain objectives related to the practice of limited liability company, partnership, and other unincorporated entity law.  These objectives include:

  • Promoting high standards of professional and ethical responsibility;
  • Improving limited liability company, partnership, and other unincorporated entity law; and
  • Continually educate other lawyers regarding limited liability company, partnership, and other unincorporated entity law.

Beresford Booth is proud to celebrate David’s hard work and dedication in this area of law.  David just completed his 25th year at Beresford Booth and has strategically centered his practice around closely held businesses.
