Andrew J. Tingstad

Drew is an associate in the Business, Real Estate, and Litigation groups where he counsels small to mid-sized businesses through various stages of development, from formation through exit and succession planning.  In addition, Drew works with closely held businesses and individuals through real property disputes, contractor’s claims, sale of goods transactions, deadlock, and business divorce. His transactional experience includes guiding clients in asset and stock transactions and operational issues.

Drew combines transactional experience with litigation experience, understanding the interplay between the two areas of law. He provides a practical approach by balancing his clients’ varying degrees of risk aversion, financial strength, and likelihood of success to obtain the best possible results for his clients in a timely manner.

Drew served as a law clerk at Beresford Booth for several years prior to becoming a lawyer.  His current clients stretch across Washington state and include a collection of individuals, families, boards of directors, closely held companies, and non-profits.

Prior to joining Beresford Booth, Drew played football locally at Meadowdale High School, and collegiately at Humboldt State University and Western Oregon University where he graduated summa cum laude in Economics. He graduated magna cum laude from Willamette University College of Law, J. D., in 2024.

He continues to enjoy his passion for football, spending time with his family, travelling, and putzing around with his golden retriever, Kahlua.
