Caleb J. Tingstad
Caleb is an associate in the Business & Banking Law and Real Estate Law groups where he advises small and medium-sized businesses through formation, growth, maturity, and exit. Caleb also maintains a litigation practice focusing on commercial disputes, including disputes between co-owners. Caleb’s transactional experience allows him to provide a practical and pragmatic approach to resolving these disputes, which allows owners to get back to doing what they do best: running their business.
Caleb developed his practice with experience at both national and small law firms based in Seattle. His current clients are located across Washington and include a collection of individuals, families, closely-held companies and non-profits.
Prior to joining Beresford Booth, Caleb played football at Western Oregon University. He continues to enjoy his passion for football as a coach for the King’s High School varsity football team. In addition to football, Caleb enjoys spending time with his wife, wine tasting, and traveling. He serves on the Board of Directors for his homeowner’s association.
