Aaron M. Dunn
Aaron Dunn is an associate on Beresford Booth’s litigation team, primarily focusing on real estate litigation. He has an impressive and diverse litigation background involving multi-million-dollar claims, superior court matters and arbitration. He has litigated personal injury cases, real property disputes, insurance coverage and insurance bad faith matters, municipal liability matters and medical malpractice claims.
Aaron is a skilled writer, negotiator and collaborator. He has handled all phases of litigation matters and has an unmatched work ethic, vigorously advocating on behalf of his clients. After practicing law in Montana for several years, Aaron moved back to Washington and continued his career at a Seattle law firm for several more years before joining Beresford Booth.
Aaron graduated with honors from the University of Montana School of Law and is also a magna cum laude graduate of Washington State University, where he played football and was named honorable mention in All-Pac-12 academic in 2012. He was a recipient of CALI awards in employment law and consumer protection law and is a member of the Washington Defense Trial Lawyers.
Aaron is an active contributor to the Orca Conservancy and is committed to the cause of ensuring the well-being of Orcas in the Puget Sound region. As a recent Edmonds resident, Aaron is eager to become more involved in the Edmonds community where his wife grew up and they plan to plant roots and grow their family. In his free time, he enjoys watching sports, cooking and exploring Edmonds with his wife and daughter.
