Rachel J. Wright
Rachel Wright is an associate on our Business, Mergers, and Acquisitions team as well as our Estate Planning and Probate team. She primarily works on business transactions, estate planning issues and probate matters. Rachel’s strengths lie in her thorough preparation, creative problem-solving, and ability to communicate complex legal issues clearly and effectively. She has managed everything from high-stakes ESI protocols and intellectual property matters to estate administration and mediation advocacy. In prior roles, she has also overseen large-scale document review projects and supported litigation teams in trial preparation.
Rachel began her legal career in 2007 as a receptionist and continued to work her way up the legal ladder. She earned an Advanced Paralegal Certificate in 2008 and enrolled in the Washington State Law Clerk Program in 2013. While working full time, she completed the rigorous program under the mentorship of experienced attorneys and was admitted to the Washington State Bar in 2017. Her unique path into the profession gives her a grounded, practical perspective that clients can relate to and appreciate.
Outside of the office, Rachel is a volunteer advocate with the Unemployment Law Project and an active member of her community. On weekends, she can often be found hiking in the mountains, gardening, or attending a football game at Lumen Field, where she leads a fan experience team as part of the Seattle Seahawks’ game day operations. She enjoys face painting fans and contributing to the team’s vibrant stadium culture. She takes great pleasure in sharing these experiences with her husband, dog, family and friends.
