Marc Rosenberg

Marc Rosenberg is Senior Counsel at Beresford Booth, and a member of its litigation and appellate practice groups. Marc has twenty-five years of sophisticated litigation and appellate experience. Before joining Beresford Booth, Marc practiced at a prominent defense firm in Seattle, where he was a shareholder and on the firm’s Board of Directors.  Marc is licensed in Washington State, the Eastern and Western District Federal Courts of Washington, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court, and has practiced in all of these courts.

Marc currently focuses his practice on property law, litigation, pre-litigation dispute resolution, and professional and general liability; although he has practiced in additional practice areas in the past. Marc has successfully represented many clients, relying on his depth of experience in civil litigation, including securing over 100 pre-trial dispositive motion victories for his clients. He has earned the highest rating from the Martindale-Hubbell, an “AV Preeminent” rating, a testament to his high level of professional excellence.  

Marc is a highly skilled and experienced trial and appellate lawyer with an extensive history of delivering outstanding results for his clients. Marc has a deep understanding of the appellate process, enabling him to evaluate the complex details of legal matters so he can provide the best options to his clients and accurately reveal potential outcomes.

Marc has lived in the Pacific Northwest for twenty-five years and, together with his wife and two grown children, and enjoys all the region has to offer. Marc loves music and composes, records, and performs his own music.  He also enjoys history and philosophy, and appreciates spending time in the beautiful outdoors, relaxing and exploring. Marc seeks to live each day with compassion and integrity as he strives to be the best husband, father, brother, son, friend, and lawyer he can be.
