Samantha L. Dammrose
Samantha is an associate who serves on both Divorce & Family Law and the Litigation Teams where she is passionate about helping her clients resolve issues from personal family matters to business and property disputes. Samantha brings compassionate advocacy and a unique perspective to guide clients through litigation.
Samantha served as a law clerk at Beresford Booth while attending University of Washington School of Law for two years, gaining valuable experience serving client needs before her bar admission. As a Rule 9 Intern, Samantha argued motion hearings and represented clients in complex litigation and family law disputes. Samantha also served in the UW Mediation Clinic where she trained as a mediator and regularly mediated cases in King County Smalls Claims Court. This experience gave her valuable insights into problem-solving, communication, and greater empathy for her clients.
Samantha is dedicated, sharp and compassionate. While working closely with the Family Law Team, she has helped negotiate many successful outcomes. She will continue to bring a depth of discipline and thoughtful perspective to her representation.
Outside of the office, Samantha loves to backpack throughout the Cascade Mountains, go to Mariners baseball games, and travel just about anywhere. She continues to play intramural softball and volleyball to stay active and meet new people. And she loves photography and painting.
