Nicholas D. Gross

Nick is an associate on our litigation team. He is a highly skilled and experienced trial lawyer with a long history of delivering exceptional results. He is known for his creative trial strategies and hard-nosed style of cross examination.

Nick has handled dozens of jury trials and made thousands of court appearances. He maintains a diverse litigation practice, including matters in criminal, personal injury, business, administrative, and employment law. Nick loves getting to know his clients, learning the details of their situations, and working with them toward the best possible outcome. Nick is also a highly persuasive writer who enjoys litigating novel legal issues.

In 2025, Nick was recognized as both a Top 40 Under 40 Criminal Defense Lawyer and a Top 100 Civil Plaintiff Lawyer by the National Trial Lawyers organization.

Nick was born and raised in Seattle. He graduated from Western Washington University and then from the University of Washington School of Law. He is a lifelong soccer player that still enjoys playing in his spare time.  Besides Seattle and Edmonds, his favorite city is Buenos Aires, Argentina, the beautiful birthplace of his wife. Nick loves to spend time with his wife and two young children, enjoying all the Pacific Northwest, especially Edmonds, has to offer.
