Marc Rosenberg

Marc Rosenberg is Senior Counsel at Beresford Booth, and a member of its litigation and appellate practice groups. Marc has over twenty years of sophisticated litigation and appellate experience. Before joining Beresford Booth, Marc practiced at a prominent defense firm in Seattle, where he was a shareholder.

Marc focuses his practice on employment practices for employers, construction litigation, and general liability. He has successfully defended architects, engineers, appraisers, insurance brokers, and other professionals, relying on his vast depth of experience in civil litigation. He has earned the highest rating from the Martindale-Hubbell, an “AV Preeminent” rating, a true testament to his high level of professional excellence.  

Marc is a highly-skilled and experienced trial and appellate lawyer with an extensive history of delivering outstanding results for his clients. Marc has a deep understanding of the appellate process, enabling him to evaluate the complex details of legal matters so he can provide the best options to his clients and accurately reveal potential outcomes.

Marc is originally from Miami, Florida, but as a now-longtime PNW resident, he enjoys all the region has to offer. Marc and his wife have two grown children. Marc composes, records, and performs his own music.  He appreciates spending time in the beautiful outdoors, relaxing and exploring. He seeks to live each day with compassion and integrity as he strives to be the best husband, father, brother, son, friend and lawyer he can be.
