Ryan joined Beresford Booth four years ago as a construction lawyer representing owners, developers, contractors, and design professionals in all phases of construction disputes. After years of experience as a partner at national and Seattle law firms handling complex construction and commercial litigation, he transitioned his construction law practice to Beresford Booth. With over 25 years of experience, his practice includes the representation of clients in multi-party litigation involving residential construction defects. In addition to construction litigation, he performs contract review, drafting, and counseling for owners, architects, engineers, and other real estate professionals.
Ryan is excited to continue to build on a strong record of success in construction litigation, dispute resolution, and client advocacy.
