Beresford Booth Welcomes New Lawyer Todd J. Cook

Beresford Booth is privileged to welcome Todd J. Cook to the Beresford Booth family of lawyers.  Todd is joining the litigation group after extensive experience in Pennsylvania in commercial litigation.

Todd grew up in the Pacific Northwest, attending Edmonds-Woodway High School and Western Washington University for his undergrad.  After receiving his bachelor’s degree in Bellingham, Todd went across the country to Philadelphia and Temple University where he would go on to graduate magna cum laude en route to earning his Juris Doctorate.  Thereafter, Todd clerked with several Federal Judges before landing at a prominent Pennsylvania firm where he would go on to practice commercial litigation.

Todd has since returned to the Pacific Northwest with his wife, Colleen, and their two kids, Tim and Kellan. As huge baseball fans, Todd and his sons have visited every single Major League Baseball stadium in the country, including our Seattle Mariners.

We are excited to add Todd to our collection of lawyers, and we would like to welcome him to Beresford Booth, and back to the Pacific Northwest!
