Beresford Booth Welcomes Litigator Aaron M. Dunn
Beresford Booth is proud to welcome Aaron M. Dunn to its thriving litigation team. Before joining Beresford Booth, Aaron gained strong litigation experience practicing law for over four years in Montana, and over three years in Seattle.
Aaron focuses his practice on real estate litigation, and he has developed an impressive and diverse resume. Aaron has handled Superior Court and arbitration cases, including multi-million-dollar claims. In addition to real estate suits, he has litigated personal injury cases, insurance coverage and insurance bad-faith matters, municipal liability matters, and medical malpractice claims.
Aaron is a skilled writer, negotiator and collaborator. He has handled all phases of litigation, and has an unmatched work ethic, vigorously advocating on behalf of his clients.

Aaron graduated with honors from the University of Montana School of Law, and magna cum laude from Washington State University, where he played football and was named honorable mention All-Pac-12 Academic in 2012. In law school, Aaron was a recipient of CALI awards in employment law and consumer protection law. He is a member of the Washington Defense Trial Lawyers.
Aaron is an active contributor to the Orca Conservancy and is committed to the cause of ensuring the well-being of orcas in the Puget Sound region. As a new Edmonds resident, Aaron is eager to immerse himself in his wife’s hometown, and they plan to plant roots and grow their family. In his free time, Aaron enjoys watching sports, cooking, and exploring Edmonds with his wife and baby daughter.
