Beresford Booth Welcomes Litigator Zachary M. Smith
Beresford Booth is proud to welcome Zachary M. Smith to its growing litigation team. Zachary joins Beresford Booth after practicing for several years in the Seattle office of a national litigation firm.
Zachary’s litigation experience includes a broad range of civil issues, from real estate to insurance coverage, bad faith, and general liability. He has handled all aspects of complex litigation, including investigation, discovery, deposition, motions practice, and trial. He leaves no stone unturned and thrives on obtaining positive results for his clients.

Zachary received his Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Michael’s College in Vermont, and his juris doctorate from Seattle University School of Law.
