Joshua Curtis
Beresford Booth is proud to welcome lawyer Joshua Curtis to its growing team. Joshua has extensive experience in real estate law, both with transactions and litigation. He has worked with many buyers, sellers, real estate agents, mortgage brokers, title companies and other parties involved in purchase and sale transactions. He has also worked with real estate investors, family partnerships and business partners to plan ahead and resolve issues related to co-ownership of property. Joshua also helps families with estate planning and the probate process.

The second step is relying on past experiences and researching new approaches to give the client options for various resolutions.
Joshua understands that for a client to make the best decision for themselves, education is critical. Joshua has taught classes on real estate, estate planning, and probate. He focuses on clear communication, straightforward explanation of complex legal issues, and compassion for his clients’ concerns.
Joshua was born and raised in the Seattle area and currently lives in Lynnwood. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from the University of Washington and his Juris Doctorate from Seattle University School of Law.
