Beresford Booth Invests in its Young Lawyers
Last week Primerus held its 2025 Young Lawyers Section Conference in Fort Worth, Texas. Beresford Booth has been a proud member of Primerus for over 15 years. Primerus is an international society of top-rated independent law firms who share a commitment to a set of common values and high standards of legal practice.
Lawyers Kelsey Affronte, Dexter Bradford, Mackenzie Bretz, and Caleb Tingstad joined other young lawyers from across the country to gain legal insights and build professional relationships. The feature session at the conference was “From ‘Likes’ to Leadership: Mastering Relationship Building Online and In-Person.” This session was led by Amber Vincent of Alyn-Weiss & Associates, a marketing consultant expert who shared details of how to build authentic relationships that can help increase one’s reputation and career success. Lawyers also learned more about the trends of artificial intelligence in the legal profession, building strong ties with clients, stepping into mentor roles and increasing marketing efforts.
For over seven years, Primerus finds a way to support the local community hosting their conferences. This year, the Primerus young lawyers took time to partner with the Tarrant Area Food Bank (TAFB) where they helped package donated food for individuals and families in need to make a positive impact on the Fort Worth area.
