Beresford Booth Lawyers Contribute to WSBA Success

Every year, the WSBA celebrates National Volunteer Week and this year it took place April 20-26, 2025.  Beresford Booth Lawyers Kelsey Affronte, Mackenzie Bretz and David Tingstad were recognized among the nearly 1,000 volunteers who contributed to the ongoing success of the Washington State Bar Association (WSBA) in 2024.  Volunteers are needed for an assortment of tasks including, but not limited to, serving on various committees or boards, reviewing court rules, conducting research on wellbeing of members, presenting continuing legal education seminars, and much more.

The WSBA encourages lawyers to find ways to contribute and volunteer in their organization as they continue serving the public and the members of the Bar Association.  It takes countless hours, great partnership, cooperation and time from generous law professionals and others to support justice, facilitate the ongoing education of lawyers and safeguard the integrity of the legal system.

In 2024, David Tingstad served on the Partnership Law Committee and presented a CLE on the Corporate Transparency Act for the WSBA.  Mackenzie Bretz served on the Client Protection Board.  Kelsey Affronte served on the Board of Examiners along with other volunteers who helped to grade the Washington State Bar Exam.

Beresford Booth Lawyers are proud to serve and contribute to the ongoing success of the WSBA and our communities.
