Beresford Booth Partner David Tingstad spoke to thousands of lawyers at a Washington State Bar Association Legal Education Seminar regarding the fundamentals of the new federal Corporate Transparency Act (CTA).  It is critical for attorneys who will be guiding their clients to understand the details of the CTA and how it affects their business clients as there may be criminal or civil penalties incurred for not filing or updating the required reports.
