Beresford Booth Congratulates and Welcomes Attorney Avery K. Druyon
Beresford Booth proudly welcomes attorney Avery K. Druyon. Avery is an associate who serves on the Divorce & Family Law Team. She focuses on complex and high-conflict matters, including divorce, custody disputes, domestic violence protection orders, and cases involving significant assets or unique income. She is also experienced in tribal court litigation and is barred in Washington State, as well as the Tulalip and Stillaguamish Tribal Courts.
Avery knows this process can get overwhelming fast. She helps her clients cut through the noise, develop a clear plan, and move their case forward. Clients appreciate her straightforward, down-to-earth approach, and she keeps them informed every step of the way. She is known for her strategic thinking, strong writing, and ability to navigate both negotiation and litigation effectively.
Avery regularly handles cases involving business interests, high-value homes, interstate and international issues, volatile dynamics, and complex financial circumstances.

Avery is a 2025 and 2026 Washington Rising Star. She earned her J.D. cum laude from Seattle University School of Law, where she received the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers Mary H. Wechsler Scholarship. She previously worked as a judicial clerk at Tulalip Tribal Court and in civil legal aid with the Swinomish Tribe. Her research has been published in the American Journal of Public Health.
Outside of her practice, Avery enjoys traveling abroad, paddle boarding, photography, and playing the piano. She loves cuddling her cat, Cookie.
