Beresford Booth Welcomes Lawyer Andrew J. Tingstad
Beresford Booth is proud to welcome Andrew J. Tingstad to its growing team of lawyers. Drew joins Beresford Booth after recently graduating from Willamette University College of Law and passing the Washington State Bar Exam. He will join his dad, David C. Tingstad, partner and chair of the business and real estate team, and his brother Caleb J. Tingstad, associate on the business and real estate team.
Drew has worked at Beresford Booth as a law clerk for the last three years while attending law school. He has worked with all practice area groups gaining valuable experience in business and real estate law as well as litigation.
Drew will focus his practice on primarily transactional matters working closely with individuals and small businesses to help guide them through all stages of business development from start-up planning, growth and succession. He guides business clients through the process of navigating the new Corporate Transparency Act by helping to register their business and maintain compliance. He also works with our litigation team to help clients with real estate matters involving sales transactions, title issues, boundary line disputes and commercial litigation.

Drew earned his bachelor’s degree in economics, summa cum laude, from Western Oregon University where he also played college football. He received his juris doctorate from Willamette University College of Law, magna cum laude.
Outside of the office, Drew continues to enjoy everything football from traveling to watch college games, competing in fantasy football with friends and watching NFL games on Sundays. When he’s not enjoying football, he enjoys traveling, spending time with his family and exploring the Pacific Northwest, especially Edmonds, with his friendly golden retriever Kahlua.
