Beresford Booth Welcomes Litigator Trevor H. Lane
Beresford Booth is proud to welcome Trevor H. Lane to its growing litigation team. Trevor joins Beresford Booth after practicing for many years in the Seattle area.
Trevor centers his practice on construction litigation where he represents owners, general contractors and subcontractors in both the private and public building industry. He brings strong experience in handling and resolving disputes, including arbitrations, mediations and government bid protests. He is also experienced resolving disputes between private business partners and litigating TEDRA actions.
Trevor is skilled at interpreting and drafting construction contracts, government contracts and various agreements used in construction and other commercial matters. His background in litigating contracts heightens his ability to detect problematic language and take corrective action to prevent disputes from arising. He looks forward to continuing to provide insightful counsel to his clients up front so they can avoid problems in the future.

Trevor received his Bachelor of Business Administration and master’s in teaching degrees from Seattle University. He earned his juris doctorate from Seattle University School of Law where he was the Executive Editor of Seattle University Law Review.
When he is not helping clients, he enjoys collecting vinyl records, exploring the Cascade Mountains and Pacific Northwest with his partner and playing golf with his friends. He loves to cook, particularly American Southern food, in addition to Italian and other Mediterranean cuisines.
